Why were trucker hat kid and Ken Brown sitting on the same side of the booth before the happy couple arrived?

Seriously, Ken Brown is incredibly rude. But as I’ve mentioned before, I’ve got a daughter who is 6-3, and not a day goes by that she doesn’t hear rude comments. She’s been heckled and screamed at by carloads of guys driving past her when she’s taking a walk, as if she’s freakish beyond comprehension. People are disgusting.

Ken Brown may have found something out while tapping some keys. Impending-plot-development-which-will-affect-team-performance-requiring-Coach-Thorp-to-step-in in 3…2…1…(not counting tomorrow’s repeat of P3 in P1).

Memo to Doyle Dane: Hope you’re getting royalties on the Shamrock Shake McDonald’s is advertising.

The boys have had two games already since the free-throw lesson. Enough with this romantic crap. I want to see Kenzie shoot underhand in a game.

Well, Menzie sure knows how to clear a booth out. Maybe it’s the Daisy Duke’s she wearing in the dead of winter. It looks like Ken Brown is about to bail out of the booth in P1 too. It must be time for him to make it all happen. Maybe he found Menzies’s “before” picture while he was tapping keys.

The 37 year old Junior in p. 1-2 is intriguing, maybe he is interviewing for Kaz’s gig!

In p2, his answer could have been “that a big 10-4, good buddy”

I’m glad McLovin from the Dan Patrick Show dropped in. The aura around Ken Brown’s head tells me he really does “make” it happen, as he’s watching a video of “Gin and Juice” by Snoop Dogg and getting ideas.

In all reality , P 3 Downtown Kenie Brown just got his orders from the Alien Mothership.

Notice how the other Milford boys from yesterday cleared out when Bacon and Kenzie showed up? Kenny Brown sticks around since he needs Maxwell to keep feeding him the rock to make things happen. “Keep my mind on my shot, keep my shot on my mind.”

Ken Brown is not reacting to the news about Maxwell and Kenzie, but judging from the halo he has just received a text that he is the new annointed one.

Where did they get those jumbo size M-80’s that are on the table? Looks like one at an adjacent table has already gone off behind big ‘Kenny’ in panel three.

Trying to decide whether I should cheer or boo kdizzle’s scarf comment late yesterday. Guess i’ll have to go with a groan, then a cheer, it was clever.So the guy asking if they’re together, he’s on the basketball team? He’s not just a trucker who is resting at The Bucket before hitting the road again? Oh those wacky teen clothing trends! And Ken Brown sure didn’t give a crap about what the team (who must have all made an excuse to go home when Max and Menzie arrived) was talking about. Just sitting there searching for more Wendy wardrobe malfunction videos.

P-1: being forced to sit so close to Kenzie makes K Brown want to heave.P-2: I found Waldo and Max is young and doesn’t really remember the Fire Sign Theater bit from We’re Bringing the War Back Home.P-3: K Brown can’t hide his enthusiasm. He was afraid Kenzie was angling for him.

Bobby (aka Trucker Hat Kid) looks a lot like Boomhauer in P1.

So am I being too mean to Menzie? I feel guilty, because I’m sure eventually the lesson learned from this story will be not to stereotype, and it’s okay for women to be large, and all that. But I just can’t stop, sorry to all you large women out there reading Mopped Up Thorp. And speaking of reading Mopped Up Thorp, you should be reading Mopped Up Thorp right now!

I always liked tall athletic girls and at one point in my life could actually catch some of them.
