I get a Word Genius “Word of the Day” every day (as with many e-mails never signed up, could unsubscribe). Today’s is “Mudlark,” which apparantly is Milford HS’s sports team nickname. “A person who scavenges in river mud for objects of value,” or historical, “a street urchin.”

One three pointer a quarter and one trip to line in the game makes you a star at Milford.
