Don’t worry Dad, you can’t go wrong; you would need a right hand as bigger than a family pizza to hit ctrl-alt-delete while you hold the phone in your left hand. But hey, that pizza bloke is more help than the phone-in service I use.
My Tech support doesn’t even deliver - may as well ring the Pizza shop, and they don’t keep me waiting for an hour while they tell me how important my call is to them.

Maybe dad’s subconscious is trying to tell him something…
Also, it is quite possible to use Ctrl+Alt+Del with one hand on most modern keyboards.
