You can’t give a wrong answer in a probability test. Because all answers are probable, eventually.
At least he can’t claim you were cheating.
With 10 questions and four options each, there’s a 5.6% chance he could answer them all incorrectly, so it doesn’t meet the two sigma test. (plus, with less than 20 questions, it’s even more likely that it could be a random result.)
