My mother used to feed me kale, had a “nice” nursing home picked out for her but she died first.

And he can’t have his pudding unless he eats his meat!!

Best way to prepare kale is to stir fry it in a little coconut oil, so that it easily slides off the pan and into the trash……

My favorite way to prepare Kale is to slowly fry up a pan of bacon. Put the Kale on the boil. Remove the bacon from the pan, reserving the grease. Wash the kale to remove the slime. Break two eggs in to the bacon grease and cook to perfection. Throw the Kale away and enjoy your bacon and eggs.

Unless it’s potato salad! I like that kind. And egg salad!

Kale should NOT have slime!!

Simply cannot work out what people see (or taste) in kale. It does nothing other more tasty (or should that just be tasty) foods do. People say to add this and that, etc to it and prepare it ascertain way but that just hides the taste among the additives.
