Some warning labels are ridiculous, and some people are idiots. I used to work for a company that made cookware and bakeware that put in a label to wash before using. Yes, I do know of people that didn’t do that. After all, they were buying it new, so it must be clean. Yes, they were clean, but you don’t realize how many people touched these pots and pans during the assembly and packing of them. Those gloves they wore got pretty dirty after a while.

Some of the warning labels get a little ridiculous, like the warning with the iron “Do not iron clothing while wearing it.”
