I do all my yelling and screaming before I call. I also write down my complaint so I can clearly and calmly tell the Customer Service representative what the problem is, what I have done to try to solve it on my end, and what I would like done to solve the problem from their end. And it has a 100% success rate.
Try to report a problem to Amazon about a seller in writing. I have some hearing problems and like to have a paper trial. Possibly the most clueless company for customer service. All you get are “canned” emails to which you cannot reply.
