It’s all relative. When I lived in Alaska, there would occasionally be a couple days during the winter where it would get suddenly incredibly warm, but which I mean around 40°F during the day. Which isn’t that warm, but when it’s been in the -40s for weeks on end, 40 above is a heat wave!
