Fortunately, most cards have an online dispute process. It may not completely resolve your issue, but you at least have an electronic trail that proves you are doing your part. This and Xanax will help you keep your sanity intact. ☺️
Sometimes you might actually get the option to leave your phone number and then you get a callback when your the next call in que. the other option which I really hate is to say there are too many calls and to try back later then hangs up on you
