There’s usually an option to have a call back.. they don’t always but I prefer it to this. I’ve forgotten why I called by the tome they reached me. ADHD brain. Once the lovely receptionist hung up on me after I waited over an hour on hold because my mind went blank as soon as she picked up. I was asking her to give me a moment, and they can’t figure why people are abusive to them. I’ve had so much favour with them since. I put myself in their place and am as kind as possible.
