I used to use Dragon Speak for clinic note taking. Two things it will do is teach you is not to slur or mumble.
I think Banjo Ripcord was in the Aldophe Menjou movie ‘A Farewell to Arm’s’ many years ago. He played the guy in the bed next to Gary Cooper in one of the hospital scenes. He was suffering from Toenail Banana Hammock and was diagnosed terminal.
