Obviously, she is not a Ting customer. Ting is an MVNO cell phone carrier that honestly has no wait times most of the time — and very short ones when they are swamped. Once I was waiting for about 25-30 seconds before a rep picked up the phone, and I swear it felt like he apologized for even longer than I’d been waiting.
I handle the cell phones at work, and was used to 30-minute wait times with our first carrier. We switched, and I only got 20-minute wait times. Then we switched to Ting and had no wait times at all. I did literally drop the phone because I was so surprised when a rep answered after 3 or 4 rings.
