I’m assuming this is a good thing, considering the kind of climate that’s desirable here on the Planet of the Snowpeople. Logically, in their culture, to say that something “froze” (as well as using other words related to “cold”) should indicate something positive. For example:
Conversation Between Two Snowwomen
“My boyfriend’s been really cold to me lately! And last night he said I was frigid!”
“That’s wonderful! Sounds like things are really going great!”
