I’m so jealous!

Okay, what Hua Guan? Doesn’t look, to me, like the work of the artist who lived 1740-1819. Minor work by him in a style different from usual? Tiny piece of a larger work? Steenz drawing something and attributing to a famous artist? Modern artist whose work/name I’m not finding?

Is this perhaps supposed to be a riff on ‘Elegant Gathering in an Apricot Garden’ by Xie Guan?

I live in a never-ending Wizard of Id cartoon.

I never even realized ink could be inebriated.
