Wish I had played basketball or something social…this old martial arts guy just keeps working on it, and yet I hurt too much to do judo…or all out sparring with pads, even…I’m finally really good! but it takes weeks to get over it…ouch. So I practice my basicsand stuff I can do alone…as much as I can…haven’t slammed any dunks but the last time a guy flashed a gun and started a fight some of his bones got broken very quickly…true. He fall down go boom…Keep up your physical activity! If you keep your skills and conditioning you have more fun being underestimated as you get older…

I run 10k every weekend at age 45. 5 miles on my short runs. My official 10k time is around 53 minutes.
