since your customers are there voluntarily, what you expect or don’t expect has no bearing on their future presence. They’ll just find someplace to hang out thatdoesn’t have preconceived expectations

QuietStorm27: The only non-landline phone I have is just a phone (no camera, etc.) that I carry in my car for emergencies.
