As a general rule, most sermon presentations begin with a somber intro, build to a peak of emphasis toward the 3/4 mark, and then taper off to the invitation. Although, I remember one preacher do it differently. He started with his peak, screaming at the top of his voice, and made an abrupt ending ten minutes later. It was amazing the chandelier lighting didn’t fall down.
