Had to take my last DL Photo during the pandemic. After standing in line for 2 hours and told to hold my head at an uncomfortable position with my eyes wide open. That’s why my photo looks that way.
Here in North Dakota, they will take 3 or 4 photos, and let you choose which one you liked the best. Yep, they actually take the time to do that, and are nice about it, too. Then 15 minutes later and $15 later, they hand you your new Driver’s License.
