Redlining was developed by FDR. Race relations were massively improved until the race hustling of Barak Obama stoked the flames and BLM kept starting fires (literally and figuratively). Democrats opposed the voting rights of blacks for generations (Republicans changed that). The “war on poverty” and the “great society” locked generations of blacks in poverty and dependence.
