Another tube down the tube…

Has anyone, outside of the comics, ever actually used the word “drat”? Just wondering.

I hope he’s not paid by the hour!

The front of tv tubes was 3/8" of laminated lead safety glass. The backs of the tubes was paper thin.

So, how many of you remember going to the drug store to test the tubes from your TV or radio?

Hard to repair what looks to be a 1970s TV.

I hate it even more when the dentist says it.

He needs a bigger screwdriver! ;o[

I don’t think anybody repairs tube tvs anymore.

Much more socially correct than the F word….but not as satisfying!

I have found that a good, heartfelt swear word often helps to get a difficult job done….

Just his round about way of saying “You need a new TV”.
