I’ve never been able to taste any IV medication that’s ever been administered to me (and now that I’m thinking about it for the first time ever in my life, I’m pretty sure that’s a good thing). So if I were the guy in the hospital bed — who doesn’t look like he’s up for a lot of conversation anyway — my reply would be, “Surprise me!”

Back in ’17, I consumed several gallons of cetuximab. Along with the radiation, it turned out to be a great “lose weight quick” program, I lost 40 lbs in 30 days.
