What’s with the wildly swinging arms? Isn’t that a bad idea with a full cup of hot coffee? Oh well, at least the girl’s head is more or less the same shape in each panel. That’s unusual.
The arms are not wildly swinging. You have to use some imagination. He wonders who made the coffee. As he walks past his daughter she says “Hi” by raising her cup to him. He raises his in return. Then realization dawns – SHE made and is DRINKING coffee??!! Explanation please ?? Oh, it’s just decaf. Therefore – never mind.
Exactly what was going on RenMarNied. I was drinking real coffee by that age, but only when at my grandparents because my uncles would fix me a cup. :)
