I had the lower bunk bed and my older brother took the top. Once or twice a year, despite the top bunk having a guardrail, my brother would fall out of bed. That might have explained a lot about his personality

I used to live in a town where a divorced woman bought a trailer house with a garage. She sold the trailer and moved into the garage while making plans to build a nice little two story house. Took a couple or three years. It was nice to live in a place where people tended to their own business and let other people do what they needed.

When I was in the Navy, we had a five tier bunkbed on our ship. I always grabbed the top one to be closest to the only ceiling fan we had.

This situation really changed Milo for the better. I can’t imagine him having that fear now.
