Imagine This by Lucas Turnbloom for December 01, 2009
Transcript:
This vampire trend looks like it's here to stay huh? Nah. It will die out. Sure, at first everyone will embrace their "inner vampire." ...And the markets will flood with vampire merch like books, movies, plays, personal hygiene products, ect., as a result. But eventually a hollywood producer will take it too far, and kill it. What could be "further" than personal hygiene products? People, let's make it happen.

fredbuhl – Nor should we ever have to!

Doctor Toon – That is all hearsay. Most Vampires sleep on Vera Wang by Serta mattresses.

Vera Wang, now there’s a neck I wouldn’t mind biting. Of course I have a natural fondness for female flesh. Heck, maybe I am part of this vampire nonsense and didn’t even realize it.

It’s already over. Remember Ann Rice and the movies with what’s-his-name… the short crazy guy.

I’m surprised Lucas hasn’t said anything - modesty, I guess. Or maybe I just missed it in all the holiday excitement.
He was recently interviewed over at Scott Nickel’s blog. Check it out here:

cleokaya – LOL!
ottod – I actually look at it in Spurts. The vampire trend seems to come-n-go on a 10 year cycle. And has for decades. Not that there’s anything wrong with that.
vawser – Well, I am the king of modesty. Have I mentioned I have a book for sale? The perfect holiday gift!
