These strips were no doubt done weeks/months ago, but given the events depicted in “Twin Peaks: The Return,” Episode #15, today’s strip couldn’t be more aptly timed.
Following on from yesterday’s “Classic Cartoons” comments, just want to note that PBS is rerunning the 2015 episodes of “American Experience” which chronicle the career of Walt Disney.
He doesn’t even know what’s so bad about forks and electric outlets or playing with matches, yet he survived on his own in the wilderness? You guys think Roy would have eventually died in the wilderness if Charlene hadn’t come around, like the old saying; “If a tree falls in the forest, will it land on Roy?”.
Come to think of it, these are things Roy should have learned from his own parents. I think somewhere along the line they dropped the ball, I wonder if we’ll ever get to see them, then again I think I’m demanding too many characters be featured, sorry to be that kind of fan…XD
