At this point I wouldn’t be surprised if after Ellie has given birth she looks around and says: “Oh Sam, Sedine, when did you get back?”.

A baby is gonna be born in that beetle, I like the sound of that! XD

This could wind up being on the news, that baby could wind up famous in town for at least a little while, Gabby would be so jealous!

Ellie is a freakin’ baby factory if her first pregnancy is going this fast. Then again, I suppose it’s possible that she and Hubbs have not been taking the various indications seriously. (I doubt it, since Transition is a definite Attention Grabber, but hey, clueless = funny.

Usually Hubbs is the one throwing to Ellie.

OK Bea, here’s what you need in this strip: Hubbs finds a catcher’s mask and mitt to catch the child. Sedine has crawled out the window and is on top of the car trying to hold on. Sam has his head out the window losing his last meal.

Wow, these folks make normal things so hard.

Obviously Ellie is not a cool and collective woman concerned about the safety and well being of her child. Geez, settle down Ellie, it will be alright. Normally it is the guy that is going nuts.

Y’know, in sitcom plots, it’s sometimes the custom to name the baby after those who assist in the birth. So we could have “Samsedine Hubbs.”

This series is an excellent example of why NOT to drive a Beetle.

Usually Hubbs is the quarterback and Ellie is the receiver, this time around looks like Hubbs is the running back. Don’t fumble the baby, Hubbs!

On the bright side… After this, Sedine may see some advantages to having the monster truck Sam has always wanted.

I don’t buy it. The first baby always has to fight her way out in a long labor because the mom’s body hasn’t “learned” how to let go yet, and takes forever to dilate to 10cm. However, our 2nd shot out like a greased piggy, surprising even the doctor.

Jeez Hubbs, just don’t spike the baby once it is in your hands!

I can see Hubbs pumping a few times, then shouting “GO LONG…..”
