I think I saw Sedine’s ovaries clench up some when she heard Gabby’s scream.

That outcome is counter to God’s word, “Be fruitful and multiply” so I can see how she thinks it is from Satan.

the background expressions are so well done here, just look at the lady in the third panel.

Not that Sedine isn’t usually adorable, but she seems particularly so to me in today’s first panel.
