EGAD!!! Do you realize what this means? It means he can now act as legal representative for the others and use his new-found logic to free them..Won’t Johnnie Cochran be proud…?

Yeah, but before the Ultimates were even a gleam in a Marketing Executive’s eye, Nick Fury was a WWII Commando who was given a drug that was an attempt to recreate the Super Soldier Serum, which slowed down his aging, allowing him to still be active and become Director of Shield almost 20 years after WWII ended. And he remained Director until some time in the 90’s I believe. This original Nick Fury was a white Guy, like most such characters created back in the 50s and 60s.Personally, the Nick Fury based on Samuel Jackson is one of the few Ultimates imitations I really liked. But the guy in Ink Pen is clearly based on the original.
