Also underestimated the role beer goggles can play in the attraction of male attention. Their all so hammered they don’t really see a difference, they just know there’s a female in their midst.

Well, she only overestimated the importance they place on good taste. That said, her new look is hardly the most questionable I’ve ever seen, and besides, some women can carry off several looks successfully. But she’s right that it didn’t garner any more male attention than she already received.
