@EMET i’ve seen this and others like it, and still don’t understand why they get counted as goals. the rule for penalty shots clearly states that the puck must be kept moving forward (towards the net). stick handling moves it side-to side and forwards at the same time, but every one of these “spin” moves i’ve seen has the puck moving around the players body - which at some point in the circle has it moving away from the goal. at that point, the play should be dead, just like if the puck bounced off the goalie back towards center ice. although they look spectacular, technically, they should not count. sorry to be a spoil sport.
