“Lactose Intolerance” is not an “ailment.” All mammals (and most people in the world) do not drink milk after weaning….it’s perfectly natural.

“Gluten” is a wheat protein (not found in Corn, rice, etc.). The joke here is that this is WATER & NO ONE has an allergy to water itself.

If a runner is slow you can hand water out this way. I learned the hard, for the guys in the front you have move along side them or the water spills.
