Hmmm, as the numbers get higher, the angle of the head gets steeper. A 1 iron is almost vertical, a 9 iron is at about a 45° angle. So a 9000 iron would be just a thin, flat piece of metal. How would this help with a monster ball??
Unless a 9000 iron is a scythe and he is going to chop it up into usable pieces.

There was a sphere on top of a tower in a community we sometimes passed through, and it always looked like a big golf ball to us.
