You could do chicken fried steak like my wife did. Battered the steak…..stuck it into a water loaded pressure cooker. Yes water loaded. She brought it up to steam and after ten minutes served up a goo covered steamed steak. I asked is this a new way to “fry” a steak? She looked confused then remembered. The pressure cooking serves to tenderize, THEN remove, batter and fry. XD
