When someone comes at me a clipboard, I want to scream! A doctor, (who I’ve since changed) gave me papers with about 100 questions…not medical….very personal questions…last time I filled one out. The last few questions floored me. Asking about sexual life. ☹️
It happens now every time (I have an appointment) on MY Chart! I refuse to answer non medical questions and told my doctor. He said they’re from the government, not my office. He said don’t answer them. He also said the govt, wants people to come in every six months. What crap!
