Dot says, "Awww? I'll tuck in the twins for ya?" Joe says, "Thanks, mom?" Joe says, "Can you read them an acceptable bedtime story?" Joe says, "What's that book you have there?" Dot says, "It's called 'Essentials of Grammar'" Joe says, "You call that a bedtime story?" Joe says, "They're babies! They don't know anything about grammar!" Dot says, "How else will they learn to speak properly?" Dot says, "I read this book to you when you were a baby!" Joe says, "Ha! It didn't work! My grammar is horrendous!" Dot says, "Nice word, 'horrendous.' Sure beats 'terrible'" Marcy says, "Why is mom teaching the twins to say 'horrendous'?" Joe says, "My mother is perspicacious yet enigmatic."
