It would be chaos if there were millions of flying cars over our cities. Think of all the collisions, drunks, and texting while flying. I don’t want cars falling on my house.

The Jetsons had flying cars with no accidents. If you can have flying cars, you can collision-avoidance features.

I want to smack the bratty kid in the face. How can you not enjoy some speculative sci-fi? Besides, we got 3 more years, for all we know i-pads will be a fad and apple products will fall out of favor.

where’s my jet pack? Flying cars are fine. No worries. Its when you LET someone fly one that there is a problem. Just think of the litter!

Hey, they did predict hang on the wall TVs with voice control and picture in picture. How many people had that in 1987?

gimmickgenius: Sure that wasn’t what broke up the marriage? Reagan thought it was so clever to claim he was going to name Johnny Belinda as co-respondent, although I suspect his press agent wrote it for him. Also, has anyone documented that Reagan ever went on a War Bond tour? He spent the war at Fort Roach and Carole Lombard was killed returning from one, so he probably considered it too dangerous.

I loved this movie. I’ve been in love with Michael J Fox since I were six and Back to the Future came out. I’m still in love with him today, Parkinsons and all.

Well, the kids did have some sort of video display they were looking at during the diner scene.

Somehow they thought that fax machines would be far more common.

BTW, Mattel will me selling a (non-functioning) hoverboard this fall for about $130. It’ll do the sound, though.
