Dad brought in a lot of snow lot of work of shoveling off the walk and removing snow from autos.

A friend of mine does this for her kids. As she said it’s much better, little to no clean up (just keep the drain open), she doesn’t have to worry about them being out too long, knows where they are and all for the cost of a bit of lifting.
