This is kinda over-doing it. It’s better to just talk about being homeless instead of going through that life again. It’s why I haven’t really commented on the topic this week. If you are homeless and you’ve managed to come out of poverty, the best thing to to do is inspire people to never live that life that you had to go through. Losing your job, your house, your possessions, etc is something that isn’t easy to talk about and while I get what Rob is trying to do with Pastor Chuck, I wouldn’t reenact that. It would probably bring up open wounds for others who have gone through and survived it.
