My dad was dying from leukaemia and had six months… That’s exactly what my parents did… Safaris, cruises, the works… I was really pleased for them… I don’t understand Joe’s problem…
My mother was planning on traveling once she retired, but 40 years of smoking caught up with her and she had to drag an O2 bottle around. Makes it very expensive to fly. She did do an Alaska cruise with her sister, though. Apparently, cruise ships are well equipped for the elderly.
Agree with Common tater….when my dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer we fished for almost 3 months. Bass, Trout, Catfish, whatever…..Never kept one fish but have a thousand memories in my creel.

What’s Joe so worried about? That his father might go do new things and enjoy himself?
