I have multiple bites on my calf this morning, so I really feel for Jojo – no “superpowers” thus far, though!

Nurse Pam is right; true spider bites are very rare. Almost everybody who came to see me in the ER across a 30-year career with a “spider bite” actually had either an abscess or some staph infection of the skin.
