Cuco: Who let the facts in here? Latino heritage month begins on Sept. 15th, the anniversary of independence for 5 Latin American countries - Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua. Mexico is Sept. 16th, and Chile on Sept. 18th. This is a good time to celebrate Latino culture by attending one of many heritage month events. If any of these events should turn out to be disastrous FEMA should arrive with help sometime in December.
