Vic, valid point. I did spout that off a little too knee-jerkedly.
So, are they still being paid below minimum wage with the phantom SSN#’s, or is that also popular myth?

Entry Without Inspection, or Visa Overstay is the first crime. Then it’s Identity Theft when they steal another’s SS#. Then they get a driver’s license by committing Fraud. Then they get and commit more Fraud. Then, they do not file IRS or State income tax returns and become Tax Cheats. Is there any part of this that does not represent CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR? That is why they are called ILLEGALS. They all need to go back to the many countries that they came from.

Bender – my wife works in a restaurant office and gets SS #s from everyone. Even though she knows some are fake, the gov’t database says the number is valid (in combo w/ the name) and therefore she has no recourse. So at least there they all pay SS.
