Allegedly it happeed at a comedy club in LA, after one party accused the other party of stealing big chunks of material and airing it on their cable comedy special, against lawyers orders…

Good for Lopez. Without plagiarism, Mencia’s act boils down to saying the word beaner and then yelling at the audience about how hip and dangerous he is.
