And in NYC it was “Stop and frisk Blacks, PR’s & DR’s”. They sure as hell wasn’t doing that in white neighborhoods.

Ya stop and frisk where there is a high crime rate, get a clue. I can hear it now. Two years from today, “violent crimes are way up, why are the police doing something!”
