Iraq was stable and propering before W. Yes, Saddam was a jerk but no worse then the soudis or many others. Our meddling and destruction of that country is still hurting them and us. Reagan created Saddam and supported him with weapons to fight Iran. He used the chemical weapons sold to him by Rumsfeld to kill the Kurds. Meddling. it sucks.
