Y’know, Rush threatened a while back to move to Costa Rica over Obamacare but never went through with it. It was a rather ironic threat anyways, as Costa Rica has universal health care. (Or maybe Rush was mad that there wouldn’t be single-payer here?)

I think a lot of Republicans would be relieved if they did. Others … well, there’s a reason The Donald is polling so well amongst the party faithful.

William Shatner interviewed Rush on his tv show “Raw Nerve” and asked him about his thoughts on health care. Rush said it’s “like a beach house, if you can afford it you have it, oherwise too bad”. Shatner, a Canadian who appreciates a good health care system, was very disappointed with him.As are we all.

Last I heard, he was self-insured, one of the few in this country who can afford it. So he has no dog in this fight in any case.

The red states talk things down until their state has a flood, hurricane, drought, tornado,,, the it’s “Send Help”

That’s fine, but he is also saying nobody else needs it.

Ayn Rand spent years writing against social safety net programs like social security and medicare. Then she spent her declining years dependent on both.

Know your enemy, Alcaraz – el Rushbo doesn’t need O-care – or any insurer’s care for that matter.
