Actually, I believe that both Lalo and sue are referring to Rep. Joaquín Castro (D-TX) and his identical twin Julian, who is the former mayor of San Antonio and current US Secretary of Housing and Urban Development.

Julian is the second time our mayor has become HUD secretary. I sincerely hope he does a better job than the first one, though.
