The only thing both parties agree on is that third parties should be neither seen nor heard….that your only choice is one of their two choices.
I think I could through all the people ever suggested for president into a hat and come up with better choices.
Confuse them. Vote for the Libertarian or even the Green Party. Since neither has any control in Congress or the Judicial system (although, if the GOP succeeds in keeping court openings open, it would be interesting to see who the Libs and Greens might chose.
If Trump is a dangerously disturbed man, and Clinton is an untrustworthy tool, then neither is a very good choice.
Make your vote count. Tell ’em that both their choices stink, and that neither is acceptable.
Parties are special interest groups. That’s all they ever were. Any power they have inside government is outside of the powers of government, and granted to themselves, by themselves.
If the government is corrupt and obscene, then it is those who choose the members who are at blame.
Who choses the choices controls who can win.

You are NOT in a “forced choice” situation.
There are other choices…you just can’t expect to see them from either major party.
