As of right now, four of the nine “justices” on the Supreme Court (all Republican) were appointed by presidents who were put into office after losing the actual vote of the people (Roberts, Alito, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh).

Two of the nine “justices” on the Supreme Court (both Republican) were confirmed despite PERJURY — lying under oath in their confirmation hearings — and both in response to credible, supported allegations of sexual abuse of women that were swept under the carpet.

And he’s already disliked by the others by being rude.

Roberts has requested an investigation into Kavanaugh. If nothing else, this is likely to force Kavanaugh to recuse himself from a lot of cases because of his injudicious remarks before the Senate.
