I was just in Mexico and learned to my surprise (at least a Mexican friend told me) that piñatas were actually Chinese in origin, brought to Mexico in the 19th century.
The first panel really stuck with me. Here’s the thought it invoked…
IMO: The racists, mainly white ppl and those who finance them can’t get away with their redlining and straight up racism any more so they’re doing the next best thing. Buying up all the property in your neighborhoods and forcing you to leave by making the costs unaffordable.
